How do you ship items?
I ship through PayPal using Priority Mail. I do offer insurance but that is a added on amount. With the way I ship they have automatic delivery confirmation so that I know you have received the item.
Do you offer refunds?
It will depend on what the problem is. I take photos of every item before shipping so that every item is noted and any markings are noted. If it is something like size and fit then yes, I will refund purchase amount minus shipping. You will pay to ship back also.
